I use these for arm wrestling to keep my elbow and forearm warm. They’ve got good tension, nice and snug.
I used these sleeves for a trail run as my arms and hands get cold, and by the end of a race, they are so weak.
I did 30km, 12km during the night, and lost no strength.

I ordered xs and they’re perfect 👍….love them so might invest in another pair but different style
Great product, has helped speed healing for sure. Would have given higher rating but found upper cuff had tendency to roll making it uncomfortable at times.
