What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can help locate your parcel.

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases we can issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply email us with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

Does 2XU NZ ship internationally?

International shipping is not available from our NZ website.
