Not right now — we don’t currently offer gift cards online.

We know they make great gifts, and we’re hoping to have them available online in the future. Stay tuned!

At the moment, we don’t have any 2XU stores in New Zealand — but you can still shop the full range online!

We’re always looking to grow, so hopefully we’ll be closer to you in the future.

We don’t have a phone line at the moment, but we’re happy to help in a couple of easy ways:

Heads up: During busy times like sales or holidays, it might take up to 2 business days for us to get back to you. We appreciate your patience—our team’s working hard to reply to everyone as quickly as we can!

A quick note: Sending multiple messages won’t speed things up (we reply in the order we receive them).

You can check out all our current deals on the offers page.

If you are receiving emails from us and want to opt out, just hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

If you run into any trouble or need a hand, feel free to drop us a line at nz@2xu.com and we’ll help you out!

If you paid with PayPal, you can get a full or partial refund as long as it’s within 180 days (about 6 months) of your payment.

If it’s been longer than 180 days, no worries — Send us a message at nz@2xu.com and we’ll help you sort it out!

Our Compression

If it’s your first time trying on compression you may find putting them on a bit more of a workout than you expected.

Our Compression Tights have a graduated fit with the firmest part being at the ankle to improve blood flow circulation. This means they will be firm to put your foot through the ankle, and then continue to pull the excess up the leg.

Ensure the fabric is gradually pulled up your legs to avoid having fabric sagging down at the crotch which may cause discomfort.

If you’re putting on Compression Tights with bare feet, your skin will have more friction resistance. If experiencing difficulties, we recommend putting socks on first to help the fabric slide over your feet.

Products

Your Compression Tights should feel form-fitting through your thighs, hips and waist.

You should be able to notice compressive pressure throughout the entire garment from ankle to waist without feeling restricted in your range of motion.

The waistband should feel comfortable and supportive, but not digging in.

We identify 4 different levels of compression, which include:

Mild - suitable for low intensity and low-impact activities (ie. walking or yoga) (15-20 mmHg)
Moderate - suitable for both low and high intensity activities (ie. running or training) (20-23 mmHg)
Firm - suitable for high intensity and high-impact activities (ie. HIIT or cross-fit) (23-25 mmHg)
Extra Firm - suitable for recovery and post-activities (25-28 mmHg)

To keep your compression tights in top condition and extend their lifespan, follow these care instructions:

Wash in cold water with like colours as soon as possible after each use to remove sweat.

Hand washing is ideal, but a gentle or delicate cycle in the washing machine is also suitable.

Avoid leaving garments in the washing machine for extended periods after the cycle ends.

Do not tumble dry – heat can damage the fabric’s elasticity.

Hang to dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight.

Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets as they can break down the compression fibers.

Do not iron.

Our fabrics and knit structures are designed to be durable, but proper care is essential to maintain their performance and compression benefits over time.

Compression should be firm and supportive to provide muscle stability and circulation benefit, however it’s important that you are comfortable.

If downsizing, you can expect that the garment will provide greater compression power, however it’s important that the waistband isn’t digging in, restrictive and still provides full coverage – we don’t want them to be sheer and see-through!

If you were to upsize, you would expect that it will be easier to get the Compression Tights on and likely more comfortable, however may not be applying the same pressure compared to true sized tights. Be mindful you will want to avoid having excess fabric which would be moving around potentially contributing to chafing or requiring you to frequently pull them up/adjust the fit.

Compression Tights are very versatile which will provide benefits for warm-up, during active use, recovery, injury management, travelling and medical needs. Refer to each product page to understand which product is best suited for your needs. The longer you wear compression the better the muscle support and circulation, but if you experience any discomfort, we recommend removing them for a period of time.

Please use the size charts available to make an informed decision.

The size charts are there to assist you to select an appropriate size.

We have a various number of different charts for female, male and youth product types.

You can find a relevant size chart on the page of the product you are interested in.

The chart is located next to the size grid selection

2XU will do our best to recommend when sizing up or down in a particular style, this is denoted in bold writing on the web page of the product.

Research has found that true sports compression can reduce the risk of injury, improve performance and speed up recovery.
Our tights are made from premium, durable yarns that hold muscles in place. They have a graduated profile to encourage blood flow to your muscles and therefore go beyond your standard pair of tights.

It is a measurement of pressure and stands for millimeters of mercury.

Avoid using in chlorinated pools.
Do not leave Wetsuit out in the sun.
Avoid smooth side of Wetsuit coming into contact with anything abrasive.
Thoroughly rinse Wetsuit with fresh water after use.
Hang Wetsuit on smooth round surfaces like a suit coat hanger.
Turn Wetsuit inside out to promote faster drying.
