Best sports tights I've tried for a person with lipedema

I've been looking for optimal training tights to cater to help me manage my condition. 2XU power recovery tights really made a difference for me. They give a feeling of strong support and compression. Work well for me not only for the recovery activities but for all my fitness practices. I noticed an increase in productivity and substantial improvement with swelling that I am prone to.

I would recommend applying a moisturising lotion on the legs before putting the tights on to keep them from creasing in the knees. But that is a general recommendation for any compression gear.

Tight enough for one day

Love the waistband , unable to wear more than one day . Too stretched out above the knee. Should be graduated all the way up the leg . Unsure of reasoning behind the stirrup. I’m 61 years old and am looking for good compression leggings that I can wear every day.

Power RECOVERY

I have now 3 pairs of these , unfortunately they’re has only been a couple varieties green stripe black stripe

Would love to see more COLR VARIATIONS so I can buy more !!

Love the original “R” on the leg, love the over the ankle stirrup

Great compression

I really love these compression tights. I use them to manage my lower limb blood pooling from POTS and they have helped blood flow and my dizziness symptoms. I sized down one size from the recommended size chart and while slightly tricky to get on (expected with this level of compression) once on they are very comfortable.

Great

Good fit, excellent high compression. Wear them for Orthostatic Hypotension, ie low blood pressure, blood pooling on lower extremities.
