I’ve tried many compression shorts over the years, and the 2XU Force Compression Shorts are hands down the best-fitting pair I’ve ever worn. The quality is exceptional, and they hold firm during intense CrossFit sessions (even squash), particularly for strength and weightlifting movements like deadlifts, squats, and cleans.
They provide excellent support to major muscle groups, reducing fatigue and improving stability under load. I noticed a real difference in comfort and performance, especially when pushing through heavy lifts.
The fabric feels both lightweight and durable, offering a great balance of compression and flexibility without feeling restrictive. Plus, they stayed in place throughout the workout – no riding up or shifting in the legs or the mid-set, which is a huge bonus during high-intensity training.
Overall, they’re reliable, comfortable, and incredibly well-designed. Highly recommend!
