These socks are great to reduce swelling with injuries and I have worn either these or the Perf Run sock every day for the last 2 weeks. They are a good level of compression for me, not too firm when on but enough to reduce swelling. They are comfortable to wear all day and are padded around the foot, as well as a good height for me, being tall. I haven't run in them as suggested, but instead use them for recovery after an ankle injury which swells every day. These socks reduce the swelling and pain considerably
