Great shorts … very comfortable and seem to work well. Good pockets also.

Have used been using the Light Speed compression shorts for best part of 5-6 year (with previous iterations). They are super comfortable, provide amazing compression and certainly help me with fatigue resistance on longer runs.

this was a good fit however my legs were too short for it hence had to return it. otherwise would have been a great garment for running

Purchased for running. They feel great on and you can feel the benefits of the compression. The pockets for your phone, gels and zip up for keys etc are perfect and don’t bounce or annoy you when running, feel very secure. Another pocket down one of the legs would be beneficial in my opinion.

The one downside I have is they are really long. I’m 5’8 and the leg seam sits right on and around my knee which I do find annoying when running, unfortunately trying on and trying on and running in them are two different things and I wasn’t able to return them. I would recommend them but maybe if you are over 6 foot or just have really long legs.
