After using a bunch of generic "compression" shorts for running over the past couple of months, I'd come to the conclusion that they were only going to be a base layer at best, and straight to landfill at worst. However, after using the Light Speed Compression Shorts for my last ~10 runs, I can confidently say that they are my absolute favourite bit of kit for training. Not only do they stay secure (unlike no-name shorts, or even similar shorts from other big athletic brands) during an entire run, the quality of the materials is top-notch (I don't feel like the elastic on the phone pocket is ever going to lose shape; the zip/drawstring feel sturdy; and the reflective/silicone embossed sections are holding up flawlessly), they are supremely comfortable and also extremely flattering.
