I’ve been wearing the Light Speed Compression Shorts for a few weeks now, and they’ve quickly become my favorite for running and training. The compression is strong but not restrictive — it gives me that locked-in feeling without limiting my movement. I really like how lightweight and breathable the fabric is, even during long sessions or hot days. The waistband stays in place, and the pockets are a great bonus for carrying gels or keys. I feel more supported and recovered faster after workouts. These shorts definitely live up to their name.

I’ve tried a ton of running gear over the years, but these compression shorts absolutely stand out! From the very first run, I could feel the difference. The fit is snug without being restrictive, offering just the right amount of compression to support muscles and reduce fatigue/potential injuries. Especially noticeable on longer runs! Also makes you look elite!

Honestly, if you run regularly—whether it's 5Ks or marathon training—do yourself a favor and grab a pair (or two). These have earned a permanent spot in my running rotation.
