The first time trying them, I was a bit afraid I would rip them. But I’m told they are supposed to be tight like a wetsuit. Once they were on they were fine and worked perfectly in the pool.

I recently purchased the buoyancy shorts and after using a pool buoy for some time I find these a great improvement. I feel it elevates my legs in such a way I have better body balance and I am able to kick evenly.

Given me confidence to swim and helped me swim more and more. Only used it 2 times but the difference from normal trunks to this is night and day!

I got medium and i am 5'7 72kg 32inch waist and it's a litle snug, but i think large would be too big and let water in.

Noticeably more buoyant in the water during training - I use as an alternative to the pull buoy for sessions where I am focused on technique or pull, band, paddle type workouts. Haven't tried in the open water yet but I am sure they will be great.

Useful for ocean swims when it's warm, or an event where you can't wear a full wetsuit. Definitely help keep the posture right when you're getting tired near the end of a long swim.

Snug fit, so consider going up a size.
